Modular Valve PositionersHamilton 밸브위치모듈(MVP, Modular Valve Positioner)는 유로 선택과 방향수정에 사용되며 독자적인 작동시키거나 양방향으로 작동시킬 수 있는 밸브위치 조정기 입니다. 통신환경에 따라 디지털(TLL) 또는 RS-232을 선택할 수 있으며,13가지의 표준화된 유로밸브 중에서 한가지를 선택할 수 있습니다. 내장된 표시기와 스테퍼모터 인코더는 밸브포트의 위치를 정확하게 일직선이 되도록 배열하여 최적의 유체이송 정밀도를 제공합니다.

Choosing the right model
Hamilton Digital MVP는 트랜지스터-트랜지스터 논리회로(TTL, transistor-transistor logic) 또는 릴레이 출력(switch closure outputs)에 의해 제어됩니다.
Hamilton Serial MVP는 RS-232 시리얼통신을 이용하는 분야에 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 통신프로토콜은 매우 민감하게 유량을 제어해야 하는 진단장비 분야에서 유체조작 실수를 최대한 줄일 수 있도록 합니다. 시리얼통신프로토콜에 의해 16 대의 밸브를 직렬연결(daisy-chain)하여 개별적으로 제어할 수 있습니다. 이 모델은 간단하게 ASCII 명령어를 사용하여 프로그램할 수 있습니다.
Hamilton MVP의 커버를 선택할 수 있습니다. 작업대 위에 올려놓고 사용하거나, 부식석 흄이나 유독성 화학물질로부터 보호되어야할 필요가 있을 경우에 일반적으로 커버를 가 있는 제품을 선택하고, 고객의 고성능장비 내부에 설치하여 통합하기 위해 커버가 없는 제품으로 선택하시기 바랍니다.

 Valve Positioner ; Hamilton Modular Valve Positioners are self-contained, bidirectional valve positioners used for fluid selection and redirection. There are two models to choose from, digital or RS-232 serial, depending on your communication preference for the unit. Both models offer valves with 13 standard fluid paths. A built-in indicator and encoder-regulated DC stepper motor ensure both versions deliver accurate valve port alignment and location for optimum fluid delivery precision.

MVP Valves ; Hamilton Modular Valve Positioners are exceptionally easy to service and modify. It is very simple to remove and replace their snap-in valves with other configurations to achieve different fluid delivery with the same positioner unit, maximizing flexibility and value. You can choose from valves with two to eight ports that offer a total of 15 different flow paths. Valves are available with chemically inert PTFE and CTFE, or ceramic flow paths and can be customized per your requirements.
