      개 요

    WT300-1J는 브러쉬레스 모터(Brushless Motor)를 채용하여 높은 효율성과 우수한 수명을 제공합니다. 이 펌프는 85.7~2571.4mL/min 유량범위에서 최대압력 14 bar 까지 이송할 수 있습니다.

    마이크로 기어펌프는 첨단 기술분야에 적합하도록  컴팩트하고 정밀한 성능을 제공합니다. 소음과 맥동이 없으며 고점도 유체이송 및 고온, 고압상태의 유체이송에 적합합니다.

    마이크로 기어펌프 헤드는 챔버가 전체적으로 봉인되어 있어서 고도의 안전성을 요하는 다양한 부식성 액체를 안전하게 다룰 수 있도록 합니다. 펌프의 하우징과 내부 금속 부분은 AISI 316L 스테인레스강으로 되어 있으며, 기어의 재질은 테프론(PTFE)  또는 PEEK(Polyetheretherketone)  등의 불활성 재질로 되어 있습니다.

    마이크로 기어펌프의 마그네트 구동원리는 구동기어와 연결된 펌프헤드에 장착된 자석(Inner Magnet) 펌프 본체의 모터샤프트와 연결된 자석구동기어와 연결된 자석(Outer Magnet) 의 결합으로 이루어 지며, 두 자석의 극과극의 자력에 의해 펌프를 구동시키게 됩니다. 펌프의 부하가 자력을 초과하게되는 경우 두 자석이 분리되는 경우가 발생합니다.

    How to use External Control Function for WT3000-1JA (Release Time：2017-01-20)

    Communication Control Mode
    Pump can provide RS485 communication module (see figure 1) to connect upper machine (computer, PLC, SCM).

    Analog signal control mode
    In external control mode, put ‘Internal Control/External Control’ switch to 'External Control' position. Connect external control module with pump according to pin defined as following. Please see figure 2 for external control module.

    Terminals Definition of External Control Module
    1#:: Common input end in 4-20mA, 0.5-5V and 1-10V external control module to control speed of pump.
    2#:: Input end of start/stop of external control. Pump runs during open circuit or inputting low TTL; pump stops during inputting high TTL. (Start/Stop signal is opto-isolated input mode)
    3#: not available
    4#: Common end of analog input in 4-20mA, 0.5-5V and 1-10V external control module to control speed of pump.
    5#: Common end of input signal in 4-20mA, 0.5-5V and 1-10V external control module; common end of frequency input in 1-10kHz external control module.
