■  자동 변속과 레버 조작시에 유압의 상태를 시각적으로 각 레인지별 LED표시기와 압 력계로 실시간 유압의 이동 경로를 훈련하는 교육 기능

■  TCU 회로에 고장 진단 제어모듈의 설치로 입출력 상태를 고장 제어하는 교육 훈련 기 능 보유

■  TCU 회로, 각 센서, 부품별로 진단단자 설치로 멀티미터, 오실로스코프, 진단기 등으 로 편리하게 인.아웃 데이터를 측정하고 훈련할 수 있는 기능

■ DLC에 진단기로 EOBD, A/T 기능을 진단 제어하고 데이터 사용법을 훈련

■  It is an educational training equipment of 4 speed automatic transmission and hydraulic system, that is manufactured to see hydraulic operating line.

■  The shift lever positions are P, R, N, and D(+,-). conditions, timing and pattern for shift can be compared, analyzed, and tested by inverter and controller.

■  It is classified and installed according to the function in order to see the movement of each hydraulic line in valve body. Also, it is connected with CNC engraved high pressure transparent hose and a transparent materials for each hydraulic circuit.

■  Hydraulic condition can be seen visually during automatic speed change and lever control. And also, real-time hydraulic route can be trained with manometer and LED indicator for range.

■  It has an educational training function that controls the condition of input and output by installing Diagnosis error Control Module to TCU circuit.

■  By installation of diagnostic terminal to TCU circuit and sensors, input and output data can be measured and trained conveniently with multimeter or oscilloscope.

■  EOBD and automatic transmission can be controlled and analyzed by DLC and data analysis can be trained.

■  Control Box is composed of digital meter for TPS, VSS, oil thermometer, voltmeter, rpm, and key, APS, switches, inverter, power lamp, automatic breaker, fuse, safety switch, DLC, etc. And also, control box and safety cover are installed inside.

■  AC 380V, RPM variable inverter 10HP motor, vibration-resistant system at high speed is installed to the internal structure.
