■  ECU 회로에 제어 및 고장 진단 모듈과 진단 터미널의 설치로 입출력 상태를 고장 제 어하는 기능과 멀티미터, 오실로스코프, 진단기 등으로 편리하게 입출력 데이터를 측 정하고 훈련할 수 있다.

■  EPS 회로도 판넬은 설계, 인쇄되어 미려하고 파워 오일 압력계와 온도계 설치로 이론, 실기 테스트 훈련에 효과적

■  컨트롤 패널은 메인 스위치, 전원등, 전원 커넥터, 키 스위치, 안전 스위치, TPS, VSS 가변 컨트롤러, 디지털 메타, 인버터, 클러스터, DLC, DM 진단단자 등을 알루미늄 CNC조각 코팅판에 설치하여 교육이 용이하고 내구성이 우수

■  It is an educational training equipment for understanding the operating principle and diagnostic test of electronic power steering system.

■  TPS operating principle and function can be tested and diagnosed  efficiently and systematically by controlling the earthing power of tire and EPS operational simulating system.

■  Components: EPS, ECU, instrument, car speed sensor, solenoid valve, power pump, pressure pipe, control valve, chamber rack, booster cylinder, wheel, tire, etc.

■  Speed sensitive variable assist power steering system is operated with inverter and TPS, VSS variable controller. And power pump pressure, thermometer and TPS values are indicated with digital volt meter. digital A meter is attached to the speed-sensitive valve.

■  By installation of diagnosis and fault control module and diagnosis terminal to ECU and circuit, input and output condition can be controlled. Also, input and output data can be measured and trained conveniently with multimeter, oscilloscope, diagnostic system, etc.

■  EPS circuit diagram panel is elegant with a designed printing and by installing a power oil pressure gauge and thermometer, it is effective for test training.

■  Control panel has an excellent durability with installation of main switch, power lamp, power connector, key switch, safety switch, TPS, VSS, variable controller, digital meter, inverter, cluster, DLC, DM, etc. to an aluminum plate engraved with CNC.
