용도

플라스틱 사출 작업시 몰드와의 이형을 도움

특징

● 1차 이형제는 실리콘을 주제로 한 플라스틱 및 고무 등의 이형을 돕습니다.
● 2차 이형제는 식물성 오일을 주제로 한 플라스틱 및 고무 등의 이형을 돕습니다.
● 성형 후 인쇄나 페인트를 할 경우에는 2차 이형제를 사용합니다.
※ 2차 가공을 요하는 성형제품에는 1차 이형제는 사용하지 않습니다.

사용방법

1. 충분히 흔들어서 사용하십시오.
2. 20cm~30cm 간격을 두고 엷게 분무하십시오.

Purpose

For preventing products for being stuck together when injection molding

Characteristics

● The first release agents of J-800 is plastic and rubber which are made with silicone.
● The second release agents of J-800 is plastic and rubber which are made with vegetable oil.
● J-800 can easily separate from the mold when all kinds of resin are forming.

※ Don't use the first release agents for the forming products which are required for the second procession.

Applications

● Use J-800 when you need the release agents and when all kinds of resin are shaping.
● Use J-800 for parts that do not need to adhere to mold.
