TE-A5(50~850ton) is premium power-saving electric injection molding machine that ensures precision of operation by applying high performance AC servo motor and enables rapid processing with independent control for moving part.

- Lightweight: 3~60% foaming molding by adjusting the ratio of molten resin and physical foaming gas

- Cost reduction: Reduce the amount of raw materials required for molding, and produce products with a small amount of raw materials

- Productivity improvement: Shorten the overall process time (cycle time) by omitting the “pressure holding process”

- Energy saving: Energy saving by using lower heater temperature, molding & injection pressure compared to general injection

- Cost saving: No separate control device is required because low-pressure (~10Mpa) physical foaming is used. Or, maintenance costs are reduced due to less friction applied to the screw and barrel.
